Just a quick set of photos from a short wander around the old part of Meknes late yesterday afternoon with my X-Pro 1 and X100. The X100 was in my bag and X-Pro 1 + 60mm by my side on a strap thinking I’d be using that most of the time. As it turned out I ended up with the X100 in my hand almost all of the time. I just fell in love with it again – it’s so discrete when you’re wondering the dark alleys of the medina where you don’t want to be noticed, and the 23mm (35mm equiv) lens just seemed to work out perfectly there. I was thinking I’d be selling the X100 to fund buying the X-E1, but I don’t think I can do it! I’ll just have to find another way!
A few photos below from my afternoon out. I’ve picked out a theme of yellow as that is the predominant colour of the old part of Meknes.
