Ths Olympus OM-D E-M5 is finally available for pre-order on Amazon UK.  A great place to buy as they don’t pre-authorise your card like other places!

£999 for the body only or £1149 with the 12-50mm lens – even if you don’t like the 12-50mm lens, it has to be worth buying as a kit because the lens sells for about £350 on it’s own!

There isn’t any mention of the grip on Amazon yet, but that will come soon I’m sure.

Silver is the one I prefer, it looks more classic and I think the faux-leather front looks nicer than the texture on the black one so I’ve got a silver body on order from Amazon and a kit with the lens on order elsewhere – just to ensure I get one quickly! Which ever you prefer, silver or black they are great looking cameras. The previews around seem to suggest they are not just a pretty face and have some serious stuff inside them that will surely make this the best new M43 camera for 2012.

Order from Amazon UK here…
